A COUNCILLOR has told of how residents of Letterkenny housing estates are being plagued by incidents of speeding.
Councillor Tómas Seán Devine said Willowbrook and the Elms residents are becoming increasingly concerned about the issue.
The 100% Redress councillor will table a motion at the Letterkenny-Milford Municipal District meeting tomorrow calling for the installation of speed ramps/tables in these areas.
Cllr Devine said: “This area is suffering very serious speeding.
“As well as the residents living there we have a school and a play school, lots and lots of children in the area. This needs urgent attention.”
