Convoy community goes full steam ahead for annual clean-up

LARGE crowds gathered in Convoy recently where it was all hands on deck for the town’s annual clean-up.

Although the initial date had to be cancelled due to bad weather, the Convoy Environmental and Community Committee were thrilled to see more than 35 people of all ages come together to lend a hand.

On the day, two skips were filled to the brim with bags of rubbish collected from both Convoy and the surrounding areas.
