Consultation on Letterkenny transport project extended

PUBLIC consultation on a project that will look at the transport network around the south of Letterkenny has been extended.

Donegal County Council is set to host a second public drop-in session to get feedback on the Letterkenny Southern Network Project which aims to provide connectivity from Letterkenny to West Donegal, reduce traffic congestion, support compact growth, and encourage modal shift.

The first phase of the project, concept and feasibility, has been completed and it is currently at phase two which includes the identification of potential improvement options.
