DONEGAL County Council signed a contract with builders Mc Hugh Brothers Ltd of Ballybofey for the construction of 21 social houses at Windyhall in Letterkenny under a turnkey scheme last week.
The scheme comprises 12 one-bedroom apartments, one two-bedroom apartment and eight three-bedroom apartments.
According to a spokesperson for Donegal County Council the development will be completed by the end of 2025.
