Donegal forward Conor O’Donnell has been named in the latest GAA.ie Team of the Week. following Sunday’s 1-17-0-20 draw with Galway at Father Tierney Park.
The Carndonagh native produced a superb display against The Tribesmen, especially in the opening stanza of the encounter where he scored 1-2.
The major was a fantastic individual effort from the forward, breaking from the halfway line after getting on the end of a Gavin Mulreany kickout.
This was O’Donnell’s third goal in as many games and he’s enjoying a fine run of form in the Donegal jersey.
This is his second appearance in the GAA.ie Team of the Week, having been previously named in the side for his performance against Andy Moran’s Mayo side two weeks ago.
The 2025 All-Star has a personal tally of 3-11 in the National League so far and he’ll be aiming to add to this in the next two outings against Roscommon and Monaghan.
