THE highest number of allegations made against gardai outside of Dublin and Cork came from Donegal the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) Report for 2011 revealed.
The Commission received 285 allegations against gardai in the Donegal Division in 2011. Cork City Division generated 313 allegations against members of the force.
