Coláiste Ailigh’s u16 girls basketball team produced a brilliant performance to defeat Glenmaddy Community School, Galway and reach the All-Ireland semi-final.
The game was played in Coláiste Ailigh’s sports hall in front of a large crowd and the home team didn’t disappoint.
Keith Cowan’s side were worthy winners on a scoreline of 44 to 21. The C.A girls now progress to the All-Ireland semi-final which will be held in Tallaght stadium after Christmas.
