Coláiste Ailigh 2-7 St Mogue’s, Bawnboy 1-8
Coláiste Ailigh’s Senior Gaelic Football team produced a brilliant performance to defeat St Mogue’s Bawnboy today in Garvaghy and clinch the Ward Cup.
The Letterkenny school led by 2-1 to 0-5 at the break after a penalty from Párdraig Ó Murchadha and a great goal from Odhrán Ó Riain.

They extended their lead out to six points in the second half but the Cavan lads came back late on even after they had a man sent off.
Dylan Edwards scored a super goal and they went in search of another but John Bosco Gallagher’s Coláiste Ailigh lads held firm to land the silverware.
