Cloughaneely manager Michael Lynch hopes the tough games his men have played so far will stand to them when they take on Red Hugh’s this Saturday at PCC Falcarragh.
Lynch’s side came through challenging encounters against Gaeil Fhánada and Naomh Brid, while they drew with Naomh Columba, and came from behind to defeat Aodh Ruadh.
Perhaps an easier path would have been kinder but with a week’s break, they should be good to go for what is likely to be another close affair.
“It’s hard to know. We would be hoping they will stand to us,” said Lynch.
