Cloughaneely 0-5 St Naul’s 2-7
Cloughaneely have been relegated to the Donegal Intermediate Championship after they were beaten by St Naul’s in a play-off in Glenswilly this afternoon.
Cloughaneely started well and were 0-4 to 0-1 up after 15 minutes with Darren Ferry in good form.
However, a Declan Duignan goal helped St Naul’s lead by 1-2 to 0-4 at the break.
County star Peadar Mogan dictated the play and scored a fabulous goal in the 44th minute.
Joe Campbell also hit two points for the victors.
The Mountcharles side will play senior football next season but Cloughaneely drop down to the Intermediate ranks once again.
