LAST week Banna Ceoil Chloich Fhaola went on a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Paris.
After submitting a video of one of their performances, they received the good news at Christmas that they were selected to experience life as a Disney performer for a day.
On the lead up to last week’s big performance, the Junior Band were busy preparing all their Disney music including tunes like Beauty and the Beast, Part of this World, The Lion King and Under the Sea.
Jetting off to Paris on Monday, the band members were all very excited about the trip.
And through their dedication, achievement and award winning performances, the band entertained delighted onlookers as they marched down Main Street Disney on Wednesday.
Chairperson of the band, Gerry O Donnell said it was a great experiend. “We really have the best bunch of young people and they are a credit to our parish.
“The commitment each member has given to the band in recent years is incredible.”
