Clanree Hotel scoops four awards at the Irish Hotel Awards

CELEBRATIONS are underway at the Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny after it secured four prestigious awards at the Irish Hotel Awards.

Staff from the Letterkenny hotel travelled to The Johnstown Estate in Enfield on October 20 to attend the awards ceremony, which returned this year with renewed purpose and prestige. The evening marked a powerful tribute to Ireland’s most inspiring hospitality professionals, those who elevate guest experiences with quiet brilliance and unwavering dedication.

This year’s ceremony honoured a diverse spectrum of contributors, from visionary general managers and culinary innovators to devoted housekeeping teams and front-of-house stars.

Speaking to the Donegal News after the awards ceremony, Ms Coyle said the team are over the moon to receive the recognition.

“We are just absolutely over the moon,” she said.

“They are lovely accolades to get for the hotel and I am just truly delighted myself, on a personal note.”

Shane Smith, managing director of the Irish Hotel Awards, said the ceremony is about much more than just handing out awards.

“These awards are a reminder that excellence is often found in the details and the gestures, it’s a moment to pause, reflect and celebrate the spirit of Irish hospitality, its craft, its true warmth and most of all, its people,” he concluded.
