Now on a mission to identify the culprits, an appeal was posted to social media today.

“We’re very disappointed that our advertising poster boards have been interfered with, damaged and pulled to the bottom of poles in Letterkenny.

“Most of the poster boards that were moved were in the town centre, from the Dry Arch Roundabout, through Neil T. Blaney Road and on to Paddy Harte Road.

“We’ve been told the damage was done last night (Sunday), around 9pm.

“We’re calling on anyone driving through Letterkenny late last night with a dashcam, taxi drivers, lorry drivers or anyone just in the area to contact us if you have any footage that might help us identify the culprit.

“We just can’t understand why anyone would want to damage our poster boards, or move them to the bottom of the poles so that people can’t see them.

“Our team are out today moving and returning the poster boards to the position they should be in.

“Over the coming days if you see anyone tampering with our poster boards please get in touch either by FB messenger or by email: info@duffyscircus.com,” the post concluded.
