St Naul’s clubman Cieran Kelly has confirmed that he will not be putting his name forward for the role of Chairperson at the Donegal GAA Convention.
Kelly was nominated for the position alongside his clubmate Mary Coughlan and Sean Dunnion (Four Masters).
Coughlan has confirmed that her name is in the hat but Kelly won’t be in the mix.
“My name won’t be going forward to @officialdonegal County Covention for the role of Chairperson. Whoever is elected will have my full support.”
Kelly was elected onto the Ulster Council last year, and he has been nominated for that role again.
