A CHURCHILL man has been remanded on bail to appear at the next sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court.
Gary Burke, with an address at Derrora, is charged with assault causing harm at Lower Main Street, Letterkenny, on May 17, 2024.
Garda Sergeant Jim Collins told Letterkenny District Court this week that the accused was being sent forward to the sitting of the Circuit Court commencing on February 3, 2026.

Judge Emile Daly issued the alibi warning to the defendant and remanded him on bail.
