Chinese takeaway forced to close down in Dungloe

 

A Chinese takeaway in Dungloe has been shut down but the Food Safety Authority. The Golden Palace, under the ownership of Mr Tom Chen, was ordered to shut up shop on Tuesday June 27th. 

Under the Food Safety Authority Act 1998, the Health Service Executive issued the closure.

The popular and busy takeaway is one of four such businesses on Dungloe’s Main Street. 

A number of temporary staff have been affected and it remains unclear as to when the premises may reopen.
