Chilli Lounge crowned Take Away of the Year 

CAVAN restaurant the Chilli Lounge has been crowned Take Away of the Year at the Food Awards Ireland.

Taking place at the Crowne Plaza in Dublin this week, these awards are an annual celebration of Ireland’s food scene, honouring the country’s top culinary destinations.

Finalists travelled from all over the island of Ireland for the awards, showcasing the best takeaways, pubs, hotel restaurants, cafes and bistros, as well as those who help us explore new flavours and cuisines from different cultures.

First opening their doors in 2018, the Chilli Lounge has become a popular fine dining experience picking up multiple awards for their efforts over the years.

Offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, the family run restaurant is the perfect venue for a delicious meal and a relaxed dining experience.

Following their prestigious win, the Chilli Lounge expressed their gratitude to their “incredible staff” and “loyal” customers.

“None of this would be possible without you,” a spokesperson said.

The Chilli Lounge also thanked The Food Awards Ireland for organising such an amazing event.
