AT A presentation function held in Ionad Naomh Pádraig, Dore on Thursday, Gineadoirí Gaoithe, the Gaoth Dobhair-based windfarm company presented cheques to local voluntary groups, schools and local sports clubs.
They presented €1,500 to the following schools: Scoil Chonaill, Bunbeg, Scoil Phádraig, Dore, Scoil Naomh Dúigh, Annagry, Scoil Naomh Oilibheár Pluincéad, Ranafast , Scoil Eoin Pól, Loughanure, Scoil Mhuire, Derrybeg, Scoil Adhamhnáin Naofa, Lunniagh, Pobal Scoil Ghaoth Dobhair and €2,000 to Scoil Bhríde, Meenacladdy.

Organisations to receive €3,000 included Ionad Naomh Pádraig, Dore, and Donegal Cancer Flights and Services. And €5,000 went to the St Mary’s branch of St. Vincent de Paul Society in Gaoth Dobhair.
