EAMONN Sheridan admits that the last few weeks have been an ‘eye-opener’ as he gets to grips with his new role as Rathmullan Celtic manager.
Sheridan has enjoyed a stellar career, and played at a high level with Finn Harps and Omagh Town while also enjoying stints in the Leinster Senior League and the Ulster equivalent.
He then returned home to Rathmullan and helped them climb the ranks in the Donegal Junior League and land the Premier Division title in 2014.
Sheridan was most recently on the books of Kilmacrennan Celtic Reserves before taking on the role of Rathmullan manager in September of last year.
Covid meant it was a long wait for competitive matches but when they arrived, he found his squad depleted.
