CCTV footage of the Market Square in Letterkenny is being examined in the wake of a reported physical altercation between a group of girls.
An investigation has been launched into the incident which took place on Friday, May 28, between 4pm and 5pm.
Gardaí are viewing CCTV but would also like to hear from passers-by or taxi drivers who may have been parked at a taxi rank nearby.
