CCTV footage is to be examined following a two-vehicle collision in Gortahork.
A driver of a car was travelling from Meenacladdy towards Bunbeg when their car was struck by an oncoming white van on a narrow road.
The driver of the van did not stop at the scene.
The collision occurred on Thursday, November 9m, shortly after 10pm at Meenacladdy, Gortahork.
The driver of the car was not injured.
A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anybody who may have travelled in that general area around that time and who had a dash cam to make the footage available to Gardaí. CCTV will be sought from other areas in an effort to establish the identity of the other driver and so we also appeal to them directly to contact Gardaí in Milford on (074) 9153060.”
