Brendan Cawley appears set to take charge of Donegal’s All-Ireland Final with Kerry on July 27.
Sarsfield GAA club have said on their social media that their club member Cawley has been appointed to the big game.
It will be the Kildare native’s first All-Ireland Final.
Cawley has plenty of recent experience of refereeing Donegal matches.
He was in the man in the middle for the All-Ireland semi-final with Galway last year.
And he was also in charge for the Preliminary Round tie with Derry this season and the Ulster Final with Armagh.
Cawley was in the middle when Donegal faced Kerry in Killarney in the National Football League back in February.
