HUNDREDS of athletes, fun runners and walkers are expected to gather in Ardara on Saturday, April 20, for the second annual Ardara 10k, also known as the Ardarathon.

Letterkenny’s Darren McBrearty ran a season’s best of 3:44.11 when placing third in a special senior Indoor 1,500m at AIT held to facilitate athletes chasing qualifying standards. John Travers of Donore Harriers took victory in 3:43.53 with Conor Bradley from City of Derry second in 3:44.07.
