A SUM of cash, jewellery and two sets of car keys were stolen from a house in Stranorlar.
Gardaí are investigating the burglary at a house at Meetinghouse Street on Wednesday, January 29, between 1am and 7.30am.
A gold Claddagh ring, a sum of cash and two VW Passat car keys were stolen from within the house. A door and a window were left open by the intruder/s.
No damage had been caused in order to gain entry.
A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anyone who may have observed suspicious activity in that area between the above times to contact gardaí in Letterkenny on (074) 9167100. If anybody can assist this or any of our appeals with relevant information they may alternatively contact the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.”
