THE Carndonagh man charged with the murder of his parents has been further remanded in custody at a court hearing in Castlerea Prison.
Julian Cuddihy (42) of Churchtown, Carndonagh, faces two charges of James (77) and Kathleen (73) Cuddihy, in or around October 22 at the family home.
Mr Cuddihy (snr) was a retired teacher while his wife was a retired paramedic-nurse.

Mr Cuddihy ,was not present in Harristown District court this morning (Friday)
The accused has been receiving medical treatment in custody. The courts have also ordered psychiatric assessments.
Judge Geoffrey Browne remanded him to appear again at Harristown District Court on December 19.
