GARDAI are investigating the circumstances behind a car crash on the busy Circular Road in Letterkenny this afternoon.
The single vehicle accident happened at around 3pm close to the junction for Long Lane and near Gormley’s shop.
A woman, believed to be a patient, was injured in the accident. However, a garda spokeswoman said her injuries are not serious.

The road was closed for a short period but re-opened again to traffic before 3.45pm.
