Calm needed at Harps – Murphy

Finn Harps Interim boss Darren Murphy says it’s a time for calm at the club after a turbulent few days.

Manager Dave Rogers stepped away on Saturday, citing personal and family reasons, nine months into a four-year deal.

But his assistant manager Murphy has decided to stay until at least the end of the season to keep some stability at the club.

“It’s been an eventful few days but that’s the wonderful world of football, people say a week is a long time in football but a day is a long time.”
