BYRON – The death has occurred at Beach Hill Private Nursing Home, Lisfannon of Lynda Byron, Ardravan, Buncrana, Co, Donegal and formerly of Rhodesia, South Africa. Beloved Mother of Heath and Gregg; much loved sister and grandmother to Audrey, Josh, Jordan, Lauren, Zach, Toby and great grandson Garry.
Sadly missed by her wider family circle and friends.
Her remains will be reposing at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, Lower Main Street, Buncrana. (as per Lynda’s wishes, there is no wake, but prayers can be said at the Funeral Home). Funeral Home times, Tuesday and Wednesday between 2 pm and 4 pm. Removal from there on Thursday, 16th February at 11 am, going to Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan for cremation at 2 pm.
House at Beach Halt, Lisfannon private to close friends and family only please.
As per Lynda’s wishes, fresh flowers or single flowers at funeral service, but not wreaths.
Donations if desired to Beach Hill Manor Nursing Home, Lisfannon (where Lynda spent her last days in the wonderful care of all the staff ), c/o any family member.
