THE Gaoth Dobhair senior team have a busy Easter weekend but it’s a case of the more games the better for new bainisteoir Rónán Mac Niallais.
The Magheragallon side reached the semi-finals of the Donegal SFC last year but they were slow getting mobilised and it always felt like they were playing catch-up.
They have the show on the road much earlier this year and look to be in good shape for this time of the season.
Mac Niallais is enjoying his role as manager and his side have two matches this weekend.
They will face a young Sean MacCumhaill’s side on Easter Sunday at 3pm in Division 1 of the All-County League.
However, before that happens they will host Gaeil Fhánada in the quarter-finals of the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta on Friday (throw-in at, 6.30pm).
