Business CCTV cameras damaged by male – gardaí

Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage that occurred at a business premises located on St. Mary’s Road, Buncrana shortly after 3.20am on Sunday, October 5.

A male approached the premises and struck one of the CCTV cameras with his hand, causing it to break.

A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anyone who may have travelled in that area with a dash-cam, to make the footage available to us. If anyone observed a lone male in the area around that time, we also ask them to make contact with us. Gardaí in Buncrana may be contacted on 074-9320540.
