BROWNE, Maureen

BROWNE, Maureen (née Bradley) – peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved wife of Benny and much loved mother of Joey, Annita, Siobhan (Bonnie), Louis, Stephen, Elaine and Conor, cherished sister of James, Louis, Ita, Angela, Bridie,and the late Liam, Fr. Joe, Patsy, Veronica and Laurence.

Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons in law, daughters in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at her home on Sunday, March 31st from 12 noon. Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday April 2nd at 10.30 am for Requiem Mass at 11 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon, with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.

Donations in lieu of flowers if so desired, to the Patients’ Comfort Fund, St. Joseph’s Community Hospital, Stranorlar or the Alzheimer Society of Ireland, c/o any family member.

Family time please, from 11 pm to 11 am, and on the morning of the funeral.
