EARLY tallies suggest Ciaran Brogan will top the poll in Letterkenny.

The FF man has secured at least 14 per-cent of the vote at this stage.

Also looking strong is FF’s Donal Coyle, Jimmy Kavanagh of FG and Micheal McBride.

SF will be sweating though with things set to be tight for both Gerry McMonagle and Adrian Glackin.

Aontu, newcomers to Irish politics, have a Letterkenny candidate in Mary T Sweeney. She took 5.6 per-cent of the first votes.
