FOLLOWING his fantastic performance at the monthly singer’s club Clubeo at Leo’s Tavern in Meenaleck, Crolly, last weekend Brian Kennedy went for some relaxation treatment before he departed Donegal.
The renowned Irish singer entertained a full house as Moya Brennan’s special guest on Friday night and then spent several hours doing a workshop at Aislann Rann na Feirste on Saturday morning passing on his knowledge from over two decades in the industry.
Brian, who has a busy few months ahead of him promoting his new album ‘A Love Letter To Joni’, then popped into Mary Ferry and her team at the Genesis Skin Care & Laser Clinic in Dobhar where he was very impressed with the service he received.
He said : “I’ve travelled all over the world and I can honestly say that the Genesis Skin Care & Laser Clinic clinic is world class in every way. Donegal should be proud to have such a jewel in its crown. It feels so private and glamorous and my skin has never felt better, it was just what I needed. Thank you, I’ll be back.”
Proprietor, Mary Ferry said: “It was a pleasure to have such a wonderful musician like Brian visit Genesis last weekend. He is a true gentleman and a very down-to-earth guy.
“All the staff loved meeting him and were delighted to treat him. Brian was very relaxed and didn’t mind telling anyone what treatments he was having done.
“Among his treatments he had skin tags removed which he couldn’t believe we specialised in. He said he wished Genesis was closer to him so he could have more of the treatments we offered. After spending the afternoon here, he left very happy and said his skin felt amazing.”
