A man in his 30s has died following a crash close to Lifford this morning.
The single vehicle incident occurred on the R265 from the direction of Porthall towards Rossgier at around 12.30am.
The injured man was initially treated at the scene by ambulance personnel before he was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital in a critical condition. He later passed away from his injuries.
