IT’S been a tough month for the Donegal senior footballers, and I’m sure the players will all be looking forward to a break after the match with Derry in Fr Tierney Park on Sunday.

It’s challenging to play five weeks on the bounce in tough and heavy conditions, but that is the hand that Donegal have been dealt and they are going well.

Yes, it was disappointing to lose to Galway last Sunday but Donegal are still in a good position with six points to their name.
