Body recovered in search for missing woman

A BODY has been recovered along the coastline at Horn Head. The body was found yesterday as part of a search for a missing woman from Annagry.

68-year-old Ann O’Donoghue went missing from the area on Tuesday.

A spokesperson for the Gardai said: “Following the discovery of a body in County Donegal, the missing person search for Ann O’ Donoghue has been stood down.”

Donegal Mountain Rescue Team, who were assisting with the search, have also been stood down.
