The bodies of two men have been discovered at a house in Letterkenny this afternoon.
Gardai are investigating the circumstances surrounding the men’s deaths after their bodies were discovered by a local person who alerted Gardai at 2pm.
The house at Windyhall has been sealed off and the State Pathologist and the Garda Forensic and Technical Bureau have been called in.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí in Letterkenny are currently at scene in relation to the discovery of two male bodies at a house in Letterkenny.
“The services of the State Pathologist have been requested and the scene is currently preserved. The Technical bureau have also been notified. Both bodies remain at the scene, at this time. Investigations ongoing.”
