BJ Banda has found a new club as he joins Institute in the Northern Irish Championship.
The Letterkenny man left Finn Harps in December after new manager Darren Murphy couldn’t guarantee the forward game time having only re-joined the club he became a hero at in 2015 as he scored the goal that got the club promoted to the Premier Division at just 17 years old.
Having returned to the club last summer, Banda scored three goals in 17 games in the First Division but parted ways in the off-season.
However, he is back in the league in which he was top scorer of in the 2021/22 season when he hit 19 goals for Ballinamallard.
And he will be hoping to hit those heights again as the club seek promotion as they currently sit in second place.
