There were celebrations in the McTeague home at Glencar, Letterkenny recently to mark Bernie McTeague’s 90th birthday and the 64th wedding anniversary of Bernie and her husband Dan.
The popular couple were joined by family members and close friends as family friend Monsignor Kevin Gillespie celebrated Mass for the occasion.
Pictured with Bernie and Dan are their children, Kate, Fidelma, Josie, Geraldine, Ethna and Paddy. Missing from the photo is daughter Joan who was unable to attend.
Bernie McTeague would like to thank most sincerely Monsignor Gillespie for celebrating the Mass.
She would also like to thank her family, her 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and good friends for their thoughtfulness and kindness which made the celebrations so special.
