A BENCH warrant was issued at Letterkenny District Court on Thursday for the arrest and sentencing of a Culdaff man who damaged the vehicle of a security guard working at The Kube in Letterkenny in 2016.
Michael Mooney(44) was also found guilty in his absence of obstructing an Orbit Security man driving past The Cube on a different date.
After hearing evidence and watching dashcam footage of both incidents Judge Paul Kelly said the facts were proved and issued two bench warrants for Mooney to be brought before the court for sentencing.
