Barry Cassidy has been confirmed as the referee for this Sunday’s National League Division 1 encounter between Donegal and Galway.
Jim McGuinness’s side will meet Galway this weekend at Father Tierney Park in Ballyshannon where they’ll look to maintain their unbeaten record in Division 1.
The Derry official marshalled Donegal’s All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final clash with Louth in MacCumhaill Park as well as the 2020 Ulster Football Final where Cavan defeated Declan Bonner’s Donegal side.

Other notable games that the Ballaghy native refereed include the 2022 Tailteann Cup Final before acting as a linesman in the Senior Football Final in the same year.
