Barrett still aiming to hit her target

AMBER Barrett has enjoyed an excellent second season with FC Köln and they are looking for two victories over the coming days to go through their league campaign unbeaten.

Barrett found the adjustment to professional football a challenge in her first season in Germany, and her team were relegated from the top tier.

The 2020/21 campaign has been disjointed due to Covid-19 but Köln have remained consistent throughout.

They have already secured the 2.Frauen Bundesliga title, but still want to finish the season on a high.

Barrett and her teammates take on Niederkirchen at 1pm today (Thursday) before concluding their season with a game against Andernach on Sunday.
