‘Early Morning Meeting’ by Sharon McDaid.
DONEGAL artist Sharon McDaid will be opening her very first solo exhibition at an Grianán Theatre in Letterkenny this Friday.
Sharon has exhibited widely and her work is part of many private and public collections. The artist works in oil on canvas and is now regarded as one of the emerging talents in Irish contemporary painting.
Her paintings are inspired by her native Inishowen. Over the past 16 years Sharon has exhibited her work widely at home and abroad and her works have become part of many public and private collections.
She also exhibits from her own gallery/studio Silver Birch Gallery in North Inishowen. Recently added to her ever-changing exhibition has been a bold and vibrant collection of giclee prints.
