A MAN threatened to stab a staff member if she didn’t hand over cash during an armed robbery at an estate agents premises in Letterkenny.
The owner of O’Riain Auctioneers and Estate Agents, Academy Court, Mr Ger O’Riain has offered a substantial reward for information that will lead gardai to apprehend the robber.
Speaking to the Donegal News, Mr O’Riain said that shortly after 9.20am on Wednesday a member of staff saw a man enter the front of the premises.
“He is described as being in his early 20’s, wearing a hoodie or dark jacket, brown hair, grey trousers and white runners and spoke with a local accent,” he said.
