However, good scores from John James Sweeney (2) and Caolan Curran had Termon 0-5 to 1-1 in front at the interval.

Ardara were excellent in the 18 minutes after the resumption and outscored their opponents by 1-5 to one point. Gavin Sweeney scored the goal while Shane Sweeney was very lively.

Termon kept going and John James Sweeney notched a goal in the 57th minute.

That left three points between the sides and Caolan Curran then rattled in another goal for Termon.

Ardara responded well with Shane Sweeney and Gavin Sweeney pointing, before John James Sweeney made it a one-point game again.

However, Niall Doyle then landed the insurance score as Ardara clinched the silverware.
