Appeal launched for missing Inishowen man

A missing persons appeal has been launched following the disappearance of Barry Stevenson.

Mr Stevenson was last seen in Applegreen, Lisfannon, shortly before 11pm last night.

Urging people to help locate him, his son Barry junior said, “Last night – Friday – at approx 10.45pm my dad went to Applegreen to buy cigarettes. In Applegreen he did not buy cigarettes but did ask the shop assistant how to get to Hillcrest. He was confused. He proceeded to leave Applegreen and is seen on the CCTV footage turning right back towards Buncrana. This was the last sighting so far. We have searched but with no luck. I am asking everyone to keep a look out for him.”
