Appeal for dash-cam footage after two cars damaged in Cloghan

GARDAÍ are appealing to the public for assistance after several incidents of criminal damage occurred in Cloghan.

The incidents in question occurred at Kiltyfergal, Cloghan in the early hours of Wednesday, June 25 at approximately 12.45am.

A garda spokesperson said: “Two vehicles that were parked at an address in that area were damaged at that time.

“The tyres were slashed on both vehicles.”

Meanwhile, gardaí are appealing to anybody who may have been in the area with a dash-cam between 12.30am and 1am to make the footage available.

“Should anyone have observed suspicious activity or vehicles in that area, we ask them to contact gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530,” a garda spokesperson continued.

“Any relevant information may alternatively be passed on via the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.”
