Anti-water charge meeting in Gweedore on Thursday

A meeting will take place in Ionad Naomh Padraig in Dobhair this Thursday night (November 20) at 8 pm to update the public on water charges.

Following on from last weeks successful anti-water charges in Gortahork, Right2Water West Donegal will hold a meeting to discuss all issues around water charges.

This will include water-metering, the march in Gaoth Dobhair on November 29 that will tie in with the registration deadline and the protest in Dublin on December 10.

The meeting will also discuss the governments recast water charges plan which is due to be announced by the coalition tomorrow (Wednesday).

Anyone who is opposed to water charges is welcome to attend.
