AROUND 100 angry students from Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT) travelled to Dublin on Wednesday to voice their disgust at the government’s u-turn on their election promises on education fees.
Aoife Managan, President of LYIT’s Student Union organised two coaches to take the students to Dublin to take part in the 20,000 strong national protest in advance of next month’s budget.
