Anger of over secrecy surrounding Taoiseach’s visit

TAOISEACH Micheál Martin’s office has yet to comment on why his visit to Donegal yesterday was kept under the radar.

Mr Martin visited Raphoe and Inishowen where he met with mica families and campaigners.

But only a handful of people were notified about the visit, a fact that has created considerable anger among some elected representatives.

The Donegal News has contacted both the Taoiseach’s office and the office of Minister for Agriculture and the Marine Charlie McConalogue this morning.

So far neither has responded.
